TruePilot rebranded to Juno, an AI tax preparation platform built by CPA David Haase for small and mid-size accounting firms. Juno ingests client source documents — W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, balance sheets, blurry phone photos, and 100+ other formats — and extracts data into validated workpapers where every number links back to its source document. The platform automates workpaper preparation, supports team collaboration with field-level review flags, compares source docs against return fields to catch mismatches, and pushes approved data directly into tax software (Drake, Lacerte, ProConnect, CCH Axcess) without re-keying. Juno's "clear box" approach keeps humans in control: nothing moves to the return until a preparer signs off, and the AI surfaces exceptions rather than black-box guesses. Business returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065) integrate with QuickBooks and Xero for P&L mapping and non-deductible expense flagging.
